Trifle

First layer is the sponge. If you want to buy it ready made go ahead. If not this is the recipe.


250 gms All Purpose Flour

250 gms Granulated Sugar

100 gms Butter

75 ml Milk

4 Eggs

1 tsp Baking Powder













Once the sponge is done, prepare a jelly, but don't put it in the fridge. Wet the sponge.





Put the fruit on the sponge with jelly, and put custard on top of them. We didn't find ready made custard so we prepared it. Followed the instructions on the packet.







We put the bowl in the fridge and left it there for a couple of hours.
