1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 kilo minced beef
Salt and pepper
Turmeric
Ground ginger
Knorr aromat
450g Mayor tomato sauce
450g Mayor tomato pulp
400g Cooked spaghetti
Cut the onions and garlic. Cook until brown. Add the minced beef and season with salt, pepper, turmeric, ground ginger and Knorr aromat. Then add the tomato sauce and pulp and cook on a low flame. Cook the spaghetti. When they are both cooked, mix the spaghetti with the meat sauce. Roll the spaghetti in a dish as in the picture below until you use up all the pasta. Bake in the oven until it gets a nice colour.
So easy and very tasty. Like the quiche lorraine this was a hit with the three kids too!
